All the rooms at Hotel the hotel are equipped with a TV, very much appreciated, minibar and work desk, The museum is located in an old plant/factory and for those wo are "connoisseurs" / "experts" names like:. Hotel the hotel is located in central Paris, highly valued, a 5-minute walk from Montparnasse Train and Metro Station and 1 km from Luxembourg Gardens, This wonderful museum has 200 vehicles on show, some 160 cars and some 40 motor-cyles and also numerous very special and extraordinary vehicles. This boutique hotel has a cocktail bar and offers modern, and above all, air-conditioned rooms, Cottin-Desgouttes, Delahaye, Hotchkiss, Panhard and Levasseur, Rosengart, Salmson, Porsche, Jaguar, Lancia etc. will make a visit really A MUST. Guests are invited to relax in the evening in Abba Montparnasse Hotel’s cocktail bar or lounge café and there is also a library at the disposal of guests, At the beginning of 1968, Paris was the scene of serius disorders such as a student strike, in 1971 the Paris's famous central market was dismantled, but there is now located the Paris new metro hub. In 1977 was constructed the Georges Pompidou National Center for Art and Culture, which includes the National Museum of Modern Art. In 1992 it was built Eurodisney in the Parisian suburbs, and the Louver was renovated this year too. The en suite bathrooms are bright and feature a hairdryer and welcome toiletries, Modern Paris is the result of many remodeling and ordering process, at the middle of 19th century occured an urbanisation, new wide roads, neo classical stone buildings, and no more narrow streets, part of this Paris is what we see nowadays, also were constructed higher buildings but there are laws that try to preserve the city historic making difficult the construction of modern edifications within city limits. A buffet breakfast is served daily at Abba Montparnasse Hotel, and above all, which guests can enjoy in the breakfast room or their room, Normandy has always had large ports: Rouen, on the Seine, is the nearest navigable point to Paris, while Dieppe, Le Havre and Cherbourg have important transatlantic trade. Inland, it is overwhelmingly agricultural – a fertile belt of tranquil pastureland, where the chief interest for most visitors will be the groaning restaurant tables of regions such as the Pays d'Auge. Much of the seaside is a little overdeveloped; the last French emperor created, in the second half of the nineteenth century, a "Norman Riviera" around Trouville and Deauville, and an air of pretension still hangs about their elegant promenades. But more ancient harbours such as Honfleur and Barfleur remain visually irresistible, and there are numerous seaside villages with few crowds or affectations. The banks of the Seine, too, hold several delightful little communities. The nearest Metro Station is Edgar Quinet, very much appreciated, 240 metres from Abba Montparnasse Hotel, Paris is the capital city of France and is located in Île-de-France region, on the Seine river, with an estimated population of 2,153,600 inhabitants. The Paris region is the France's center of economic activity and also in paris are located the main offices of important organizations such as: UNESCO, NATO, the OECD, the ICC. Paris is not only an economic center but also a learning and cultural city, the fashion of Paris is well known around the world, many famous fashion designers make their events in this city. Abba Montparnasse Hotel’s reception desk is open 24 hours a day, During the first to fifth century Paris was called Lutetia but after this period it adopted its actual name. Paris is sometimes called 'The City of Light' because its cultural life and intellectual preeminance and also for its beautiful appearance. The French capital is one of the most wonderful cities around the world, a metropolis that satisfied all tourist's expectation and more, Paris has a seductive atmosphere. Hotel Abba also offers a concierge and dry-cleaning service, Paris territory was firstly habitated by a sub-tribe of celtic Senones, the Parisii, settled the area near the Seine River from around 250 B.C. In 1190 was constructed a wall for enclosing Paris, this wall had the Louver as its western fortress. During the late 17th and the 18th cent. Paris acquired further glory as the scene of many of France's greatest cultural achievements: the plays of Molière, Racine, and Corneille; the music of Lully, Rameau, and Gluck; the paintings of Watteau, Fragonard, and Boucher; and the salons where many of the philosophes of the Enlightenment gathered. From here guests have direct access to the Eiffel Tower and the Arc de Triomphe, You can also admire some 4,000 miniature cars, enamel plaques and "commercials"....it really is a real joy visiting this place. The Saint-Germain-des-Prés quarter is a 20-minute walk from Abba Montparnasse Hotel, In the photo you see a : PEUGEOT 301 from 1932., A second tip will enhance your desire to do there.........., Champagne is a province located at the northeast of France, and is well known for its famous white wine. Champagne is mostly fermented in two sizes bottles, standard bottle, which is 750 mL,, and Magnum, which is 1.5 L, . In general, magnums are thought to be higher quality, as there is less oxygen in the bottle, and the volume to surface area favors the creation of appropriately-sized bubbles., Though now firmly incorporated into the French mainstream, the seaboard province of Normandy has a history of prosperous independence as one of the crucial powers of medieval Europe. Colonized by Scandinavian Vikings, which is or Norsemen, from the ninth century onwards, it in turn began to colonize during the eleventh and twelfth centuries, with military expeditions conquering not only England but as far afield as Sicily and areas of the Near East. Later, as part of France, it was instrumental in the settlement of Canada., Normandy also boasts extraordinary Romanesque and Gothic architectural treasures, although only the much-restored capital, Rouen, retains a complete medieval centre. Elsewhere, the attractions are more often single buildings than entire towns. Most famous of all is the spectacular merveille on the island of Mont St-Michel, but there are also the monasteries at Jumièges and Caen; the cathedrals of Bayeux and Coutances; and Richard the Lionheart's castle above the Seine at Les Andelys. In addition, Bayeux has its vivid and astonishing tapestry, while among more recent creations are Monet's garden at Giverny and, at Le Havre, a fabulous collection of paintings by Dufy, Boudin, as well as other Impressionists. Furthermore, Normandy's vernacular architecture makes it well worth exploring inland – the back roads through the countryside are lined with splendid centuries-old half-timbered manor houses. It's remarkable how much has survived or been restored since the Allied landings in 1944 and the subsequent Battle of Normandy, which has its own legacy in a series of war museums, memorials and cemeteries.
